Patricia Ann Vance

Patricia Ann Vance, age 59 of Brodhead, departed this life Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital.

She was born on November 8, 1963, a daughter of  the late Alson and Hazel Bullock Reed.  She had previously worked at Denny’s restaurant. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and found great joy in gardening and her grandchildren.

On January 10, 1991 she was united in marriage to Coy Vance and they enjoyed thirty two years together. 

Those left to celebrate her life are her husband, Coy Vance; her children: Shane Dixon (Donna) of Mt. Vernon; Larry Dixon (April) of Richmond, Ky; Brittany Vance of Morehead, Ky; Tiffany Vance of Mt. Vernon, Ky; and Tina Bowling of Brodhead, KY.; her grandchildren: Kindle Howard, Kadence Anderson, Elizabeth Dixon, Daylon Dixon and Abgail Dixon. Her four great grandchildren. Her brothers: Rick James Reed (Sharon) of Berea, Ky; and Johnny Harold Reed (Shelby) of Berea, Ky; her sisters: Doris Cromer (James) of Conway, Ky; Edna Wagers (Jr.) of Berea, Ky; and Peggy Reed Clemons (Hansel) of Berea, Ky. As well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by children: Steven Dixon, Deana Vance and Teddy Vance; grandchild: Liam  Riddell; brothers: Danny Lee, Earl, David, Larry and Gary Reed; sisters: Dorothy Vanwinkle, Delores  and Janet Reed (infant)
