Robert Crawford Obituary

Robert (Robbee) Howard Crawford, age 68, of Brodhead, KY, passed away Friday, November 29th, 2024. Robbee was born on April 23rd, 1956, in Dallas, TX to the late Roy Raymond Crawford Jr. and Nancy Nell (Whitaker) Crawford.

 He attended Northside Baptist Church. His Christian faith was very important to him, and he tried to share his faith with others at every opportunity. Robbee was an Executive with Elkhorn-Hazard Coal Land, LLC. He enjoyed Flying, farming, fishing, building and flying remote controlled airplanes, and building other things by hand. He also coached little league football for several years. Robbee had a stroke seventeen years ago, and from that moment he was very health conscious. He was able to overcome the challenges and made it a point to celebrate that fact every year. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and most of all he loved being on his farm.

Those left to mourn his passing are his children; Christina Bolton (Stephen) of Richmond, Dustin Crawford (Jenna) of Indianapolis, IN, Robert Crawford (Allyson) of Crab Orchard. His grandchildren; Addilyn Bolton, Roslyn and Eva Crawford, Layla, and Bodhi Crawford, Kylie and Jacob Cornett, and the mother of his children, Regina Stivers. Five sisters; Virginia Leigh Ballard, Susan Crawford, Caron McCracken, Evelyn Bacia, and Mary Crawford. One brother; Roy R Crawford III.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Raymond Crawford, Jr.  and Nancy Nell (Whitaker) Crawford. One grandchild: Brooklyn Bolton.

A celebration of life service will be Saturday, December 14th, at 2pm on Robbee’s farm,  95KY Crawford airport runway hanger / 1991 Mt Zion Road, Brodhead, KY.
