Ruby Mcferron

Ruby Mcferron, age 88 of Brodhead, Kentucky, passed away September 7th, 2024, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt Vernon, Kentucky.

She was born on August 2nd, 1936, in Mt Vernon, Kentucky. Ruby was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed cooking for her family and running around with her daughters Connie and Trina stopping at yard sales.  

Those left to celebrate her life are her Children; Connie Childress (Danny) of Brodhead, Trina Mcferron of Brodhead. Her Grandchildren; Anthony Mcferron (Brittany) of Ohio, Ryan Mcferron (Courtney) of Crab Orchard, Jennifer Dooley of Brodhead.  Great Grandchildren; Caden, Kennedy, and Christian Dooley. Great Great Grandchildren; Casondra and Sawyer Dooley. A special cousin; Rose Thacker, Daughter in law Connie Nelson Mcferron.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Ronald Mcferron. One child; Michael Mcferron. One infant brother.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, September 11th, at 1pm at ­­ Taylor Barnes Cromer cemetery.
