Russell Edwin Durham, age 76 of Medway, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024 at the Veterans Hospital-Dayton.

He was born on October 29. 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the son of the late Charles Calvin Durham and Evelyn Sargent Durham.  He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed golf and automotive work.  Was a member of the American Legion and the American Veterans Association, he had served his country in the US Air Force for eleven years. 

Those left to celebrate his life are his companion of 37 years, Dorothy Pence.  His children: Dennis Durham of Medway, Ohio; Stephanie Durham of Covington, Kentucky;  April (Ed) Worado of Middletown, Delaware;  Jennifer Morris of Kettering, Ohio; and Jessica (John) of Willington, Delaware.  His grandchildren: Katherine (Mike) Doyle; Adam and Sarah Durham, Austin Martin, Edman and Raymod Bustamante, .and  Samantha Bell.  His six great grandchildren. His sister: Alice Janette Butler of Brodhead, Kentucky;  three nephews, Samuel, Jonathan, and Justin Butler; niece, Roxanna Butler.  As well as a host of friends and neighbors.

Visitation for Russell Durham will be Sunday, Dec. 1st, 2024 from 12-2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with funeral services following at 2PM with Bro Toby Mullins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Saylor Cemetery with full Military Rites.
