Tammy Barnes

Mrs. Tammy Yvonne (Faulkner) Barnes, age 52, wife of Richard, of Livingston, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Tammy was born September 12, 1968 in Mt. Vernon, KY to the late Donald Faulkner and Mary (Mason) Faulkner Burdette. She married Richard Eugene Barnes, Jr. on October 31, 1988 and from that union came two children:  Jessica and Brandon. She was a member of Freedom Christian Fellowship, was a medical officer manager, enjoyed her family, kids, grandkids, hunting, and fishing.

Those left to celebrate her life are her husband: Richard Barnes; two children:  Jessica Barnes of Mt. Vernon, KY, Brandon Barnes and wife Rhonda of Mt. Vernon, KY; four grandchildren:  Davin Barnes, Saydee Barnes, Harper Parrett, Nash Parrett; one brother:  Matthew Faulkner of Livingston, KY; two sisters:  Patricia Lewis and husband George of Livingston, KY, Donna Pigg and husband Alvin of Brodhead, KY; and her mother:  Mary Burdette.

She was preceded in death by her father:  Donald Faulkner.

Visitation for Tammy will be Monday, January 4, 2020 from 11am until time for the funeral service at 1pm at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bro. Jerry Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery.
