Teddy L Mink

Teddy Lew Mink, age 78, of Livingston, departed this life on Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt Vernon, Ky.

He was born in Sandhill, KY, on July 30th, 1946, son of the late Ted and Evelyn Kirby Mink. On June 1st, 1968, Teddy married Sharon Barnes Mink (Feb 14th,2014) and from that union came one daughter, Evelyn. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a deacon at Sandhill Baptist Church for 28 years. He worked for Pepsi Cola Bottling Company for many years. Teddy enjoyed fishing, going to auctions, working puzzles, but most of all he loved spending time with family and friends.

Those left to celebrate his life are his daughter: Evelyn (Frank) Skochelak, his grandchild: Matthew Frank Skochelak, his brothers; Carl Mink, Dwight and Vickie Mink, Doug and Loretta Mink, Keith Mink, all of Livingston, his sisters; Patsy Barnes of Mt Vernon, Sadie Mink of Livingston, Virginia and Wallace Hays of Berea, KY.  

Beside his parents Teddy was preceded in death by his wife: Sharon Mink, one deceased child: Holly Renee Mink (Infant), infant grandchildren; Frank Jr and Jacob Skochelak.

Visitation for Teddy will be Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at Owens Chapel from 5-8pm. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 5th, at Owens Chapel with Bro. Tommy Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Ted Mink Cemetery.
