Teresa Ann Milburn

Teresa Ann Milburn, age 58 of Mt. Vernon, KY passed away unexpectedly at her home on January 6, 2024. 

She dearly loved her children and grandchildren.  She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and attending church.  She was of the Holiness faith, and she loved the Lord. 

She was the daughter of Peggy Mason (Bobby) and the late Larry Newcomb Sr.  She had two daughters, Emma Philhower (Glen Lee) and Megan Thompson Milburn (Milo).  Five grandchildren: Chloe, Kayden, Roxy, Noah, and Ivan.  She is survived by a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews. 

Teresa was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Preston & Pearl Anderkin; paternal grandparents, Burt & Anna Mae Newcomb; her father, Larry Newcomb Sr. and brother, Larry Newcomb, Jr. (Bubby),

Visitation for Teresa will be Wednesday, January 10, 2024, from 11AM-2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals, with funeral services following at 2PM with Bro. Tommy Hogue officiating.  Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
