Terrell Houk

Mr. Terrell Houk, age 76, of Brodhead, Ky, passed from this life on Wednesday, March11th, 2026. He was the son of the late Chester and Iva Lunsford Houk.

Terrell was a Broadcast Engineer for K.E.T., and he enjoyed working on T.V.’s Short Wave Radios, listening to country music, all Sports, but most of all spending time with family, friends, and neighbors.

Terrell is survived by his son; Mark Houk of Crab Orchard, his grandchildren; Jacob (Sydney) Houk of Richmond, Justin (Abby) Houk of Florida, Anthony Houk of Pikeville, Ky, brothers; Russell (Norma) Houk of Brodhead, Cecil (Kathleen) Houk of Brodhead, Earl Houk of Brodhead, his sister; Bonnie (Gary) Wynn of IN.

Beside his parents Terrell was preceded in death by his brothers; Leroy, Charles, and Jimmy Houk, his sisters; Betty Adams, Lorene Preston, sister-in-law; Mary Houk, nephews; James Earl Houk, Jason Houk.

Visitation for Terrell will be on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, from 12-2pm at Owens Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2pm with Bros. Randal and Scott Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Maretburg Cemetery.
