Timothy Wayne Cottrell

Mr. Timothy Wayne Cottrell, age 47, of Brodhead, KY, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020.

Timothy was born November 4, 1973 to Darrell Cottrell and Margie Thomas. He was a welder, enjoyed playing horseshoes, and basketball.

Those left to celebrate his life are his daughter:  Takina Cottrell; two grandchildren:  Camden and Brantlee; two brothers:  Danny Thomas of Somerset, KY, Josh Thomas of Somerset, KY; three sisters:  Ashley (Brady) Durham of Oklahoma, Kimberly (Lance) Baldwin of Brodhead, KY, Billie Stokes of Somerset, KY; his parents:  Darrell (Brenda) Cottrell of Brodhead, KY; Margie (JC) Thomas; paternal grandfather:  Lester Cottrell; as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother:  Flossie Cromer Cottrell; and maternal grandparents:  Freda and Gilbert Alexander.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 11am until time for the funeral service at 1pm at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Marvin Cromer officiating. Burial will follow in the Poplar Grove Cemetery. Casket bearers are Lance and Kimberly Baldwin, Ashley and Brady Durham, and Ernie Alexander.
