Mr. Tommie Wendell Lane, age 48, of Brodhead, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at his residence.

Tommie was born February 13, 1972 in Dillan, SC, to Tony W. Lane and the late Betty Sue (Gaddy) Lane. He was a well-known Pipefitter/Supervisor for 28 years. After moving to Kentucky in January, he became a dispatcher for KLCC Trucking. T-Bone was loved by many. He was of the Holiness Faith and attended Pine Hill Holiness Church. He enjoyed fishing and sports, but most of all spending time with his children. T-Bone LOVED those Cowboys!

Those left to celebrate his life are his children: Keith Lane of Brodhead, KY, Jamie (Jessica) Lane of Florence, SC, Wendell Lane of Latta, SC, Charley Jo Lane of Latta, SC; one grandchild: Chandler Lane of Florence, SC; his father: Tony (Kathy) Lane of Crab Orchard, KY; one sister: Dawn (Kenny) Collins; two nephews: Blaine (Tawana) Collins of Brodhead, KY, Austin (Paige) Collins of London, KY; one great niece: Makena Jade Collins, know by Uncle Tony as “Clown”; as well as a host of aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Betty Sue Lane and infant brother: Tony Keith Lane.

Visitation for Tommie Lane will be Friday, November 6, 2020 from 6-9PM at Cooper Funeral Home in Dillon, SC. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 1PM at Cooper Funeral Home in Dillon, SC. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Casket bearers are: K.C. Odom, Dwayne Odom, Blaine Collins, Austin Collins, Andrew Rewis, Keith Lane, Jamie Lane, and Matt Cox.
