I was sad to learn of Dale's passing - we worked together for many years at the FBI - Ky Farm Bureau Ins - and he was my mentor. He taught me that fairness and honesty would settle any claim and to treat each and every claimant as if they were your friend. His laugh lighten many days - his wisdom helped a young adjuster adjust! RIP my friend.

In 1950 my parents bought a business on highway 150 next door to the Bray Family. Over the years Dale and Aslee tolerated my tomboyish play and comings and goings as Ronnie, Roger and Ritchie and I grew up together. I am older than any of the boys and they called me their 'big sister' and they were my 'little brothers'. I think of your Dad as being sofisticated and handsome and he was always a gentleman to me. I'll miss his quick wit, colorful stories and his sweet smile. Ronnie, Roger and Ritchie as we've shared lots of fun and memories - today I share your tears. How blessed we all were to have known your Dad. God bless each of you. Love, Bill and Moll Belcher

Deepest sympathy to all the family in the loss of Dale. When we first came to Rockcastle County 48 years we were privileged to pastor Maretburg Baptist where Dale and Aslee were members. Several Sundays they would take us to Cedar Rapids Country Club for dinner. We have a lot fond memories of Dale and Aslee. Praying for the family during this sad time.

We had many wonderful times over the years as we worked together at Ky Farm Bureau Ins. Co. Shared many golf outings and Dale was always a happy man even when he played bad. We could laugh at each other while we also laughed at ourselves. Don't ever remember seeing him actually mad. He was unusually steady and had a knack for keeping things in perspective. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May God's peace be with each of you as you adjust your lives to the absence of this wonderful man. I cherish his memory. Kenneth Conn

May God bless you all for your loss of a wonderful man. I use to love to sit as a child and watch Dale and my dad (Bob Bingham) tell story after story about their childhood memories. They would both rare back in their chairs with such laughter and then go right back into another tale. You could always see through their laughter the expression of love and bond between them. I know for my Dad, his summers spent with Dale was some of his fondest memories he would often share. Dale and Aslee was always so warm, welcoming, and gracious anytime we came to visit. May Dale now rest in peace and go on to be with many family members that have gone on before him. To welcome him into God's Kingdom and his Heavenly home. I know Dale was a giant of a man to his 3 Son's Ronnie, Roger, & Richie, his family, friends and community. I love to think of him and dad back together again. My sincere condolences to all the family. May God be with you all and give you strength in times of need. Love & Blessings, Diane
