Mrs. Flossie Bishop, age 60, wife of Ernie of Brodhead, KY. passed away Tuesday November 10, 2015 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital.
Flossie entered this life February 18, 1955 in Wayne Co. Indiana, the daughter of the late Earl and Margie Smith Campbell. She was of the Catholic faith, and a homemaker who loved her grandchildren and taking care of her family. On May 2, 2004 she was united in marriage to Ernie Bishop.
Those left to celebrate her life are her husband: Ernie Bishop, two children: Tammy Jo Begley of Livingston, Ky. and Stacey Nicole Day (Brandon) of Mt. Vernon Ky. six grandchildren: Sarah Begley, Kristen Nicole and Nicklaus Blake Day, Tracy Joann Carr, Myca Koenig, and William Tyler Bishop, one brother: Earl Campbell Jr. of Winchester, Ky., three sisters: Judy Petery (Jim) of Somerset, Ky., Sue Mullins of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Barbara French of Berea, Ky.
Besides her parents: Earl and Margie Campbell, Flossie was preceded in death by a brother: David Campbell and a grandchild: Shawn Brandon Day Jr.
Funeral Services for Flossie Bishop will be conducted Friday, November 13, 2015 at 2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals Chapel with David Bullock officiating, burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
Visitation for Flossie Bishop will be held Friday, November 13, 2015 from 11AM until 2PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals Chapel.
