William Glenn Mink

Mr. William Glenn Mink, husband of Sherry, age 58, passed away March 1st, 2017 at the University of Louisville Hospital. Mr. Mink was born on February 18th, 1959, in Rockcastle to Elmer and Glenna (Owens) Mink. On May 7th, 2005 he was united in Holy Matrimony to Sherry Rader. He was a construction worker and loved fishing, his dog Harley and gardening.  

Those left to celebrate his life are: his wife of eleven years, Sherry Mink; his mother, Glenna Mink of Lexington, KY.; his children: Chris Mink of London, KY., Nakasha Mink of Barbersville, KY., Eric Artley of London, KY., Madison Mink of Richmond, KY., and Charles Mink of Lincoln Co., KY.; his grandson William Nichlos Mink; his sisters: Kathy (Danny) Owens of Orlando, KY., Delorise Brown of Brodhead, KY., Alene Laswell of Orlando, KY., Evelyn Overbay of Mt. Vernon, KY., and Shirley Mink of Mount Vernon, KY.; as well as many friends and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his father Elmer Mink and a daughter Christy Michelle Mink.

Visitation for William Mink will be held on Sunday, March 5th, 2017, from 6pm-9pm at the Brush Creek Holiness Church.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, March 6th, 2017, at 2pm at the church with Bros. Lonnie Mcquire & George Poynter officiating. Burial will follow in Lawswell Cemetery.

Casket Bearers are: Isaiah Owens, Danny Owens, Mike Sims, Brian Evans, Russell Kirby, Chris Mink, Eric Artley & Charles Mink.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in care of Williams Mink’s funeral arrangements.
