Moved to wildwood Fla when I was seventeen years old from Richmond and met Billy there....He was a great man and a friend.I remember many times running up the road together and yacking on the radio...He will be missed...Keep your memories close and the good Lord even closer..I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers..

Hazel and John, We were devastated this morning to hear the sudden passing of a very dear friend. Vic and Billy have been friends since childhood. Although we have lost a dear friend, our loss has been Heavens gain. Billy Ray will be missed. The family is in our prayers.
